Grilled Cheese Weekend: The Fig, Prosciutto ‘n’ Cheese


Do you know how to spell “prosciutto”?

No? We don’t either (thanks spellcheck!) But that’s ok. You can still use this fancy pig in your sandwiches.

The Fig, Prosciutto ‘n’ Cheese: Layer dried figs, prosciutto, and brie in between two slices of buttered bread. Grill. Eat. Yum.

We also tried this with goat cheese, and came to the conclusion that either brie or goat cheese is delicious. Fresh figs would probably better than dried, but those were the only kind we had in the fridge.
